Waxing is something that had crossed my mind... and then I happened across this in April: urbanwaxx.blogspot. com ... this blog made all of my apprehension and curiosity melt away. I ended up emailing Shannon that evening, after reading the blog for a few hours. Her quick response was incredibly kind and answered the few questions I had left. Not even a full twenty-four hours after reading the blog, I found myself lying in Urban Waxx for my first wax! I can't think of a bad thing to say about my experience there. For the past 7 months, I have been going to Urban Waxx religiously and honestly, couldn't see myself going anywhere else! It's been great! The vibe this business gives off is exactly what you want. There, you feel relaxed and at ease... I have never felt uncomfortable or 'scared' about my monthly waxes (including my first time). I have a better relationship with my esthetician than my hair-dresser!
Urban Waxx is excellent for first-timers & I would recommend them in the highest esteem to anyone and everyone!
Pros: Strictly waxing, great, calm environment, & wonderful staff!
