Review content:
I had a haircut at this salon that was so awful I went back and asked for my money back. The manager took me in the backroom and yelled at me and told me to get out of his salon. He completely humiliated me in front of the clients and employees saying things like" haven't you left yet". Thankfully Ashley acknowledged how bad the cut was and saw I was in tears and offered to fix it and referred me to another salon to have them fix it. I was horrified by the unprofessional and scary behavior of the male owner , but, I am forever grateful to Ashley for having the courage to reach out to me in light of the situation.
