Goodness--I had a MAJOR hair disaster here! The colorist completely jacked my color up-- darkened it too much--then tried to correct it through highlighting which left it looking like I had gray streaks. It looked so gross, and the experience was particularly devasting as I am so fussy with my hair. They did refund my money with out fuss and were very nice, it's just some of the girls are a little inexperienced. Also, THEIR hair colors looks extremely fake--and not in a good way. Sorry, they just don't live up to the hype on this board!
Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: They are not experienced enough with corective color, push products too much
