A person with a name that starts with an R. who is suppose to be at a Director level and has over 14+ years of Haircut and Color experience did my hair about three weeks ago. She overprocessed the color while reading a novel and left me with my head in the wash bowl for 45+ minutes.. hello doesn't this cause a stroke. Then when she cut my hair she cut a big hole in it where she was just suppose to trim my layers. I will never ever go to this place ever again. The worst color, hair cut ever!!
