Review content:
Went in for advice on how to color a bit of gray, and I wanted some highlights. Was talked into some lowlights. She put red on my hair and said it came out "FUNKY". Funky is not a good word when talking about someone's hair. She left me with wet hair in the bowl and put all kinds of toners, trying to calm down the red. My head started burning & stinging and I begged to have it washed outta my hair. I wanted to cry and scream, but there was no getting outta there, she proceed to dry it and beg to put highlights in it, I said, ENOUGH, I want to leave.
Please, don't go into this place if you want to look natural. My stylist and I did not have good communication about what I wanted. Now I am stuck with this hair and hopefully I can find another stylist that can help me get back to my natural color. It may take months to repair the damage done by this salon.
Yes, I was charged 150.00 for this insult. It will probaly take another 500.00 to repair the damage. I am already broke enough as it is.
