Businiess name:  Garrison Confections
Review by:  Susan W.
Review content:
Garrison chocolates is run by a former pastry chef and his wife (also a former pastry chef) who create the most interesting chocolates in a factory on Eddy Street. I think of chocolate makers as specializing either in the classics (eg Teuscher) or avant garde taste and design (eg Richart). Garrisons definitely belongs in the latter camp. They have new "collections" each season, but a steady best seller is the salted caramel. They also sell little packages of such delights as chocolate dipped candied orange peel. Definitely worth a visit!
