Review content:
Out of control, mismanaged restaurant. Had 7:45pm reservations. Arrived on time but told the wait would be 45 minutes. Not only was the bar overcrowded, parties waiting for tables were lined up all the way to the door. I had to squeeze my way through to check on the table. When I did make my way to the General Manager who was helplessly trying to understand the computer system for seating and quell the brewing riot of hungry diners, he didn't even bother telling me the wait time - saying basically, ""you heard what I told the last guy."" I understand establishments are busy on Valentine's day, but for a ""high-end"" dining experience, I've had better luck at Cheesecake Factory. I left and went to District Chophouse which was excellent.
