TERRIBLE. We made reservations for 4 for a table, but were told that we could sit at the sushi bar as a 1st come 1st serve for seating but reservations for those seats could not be made. Had my two daughters with me, and they LOVE sitting there. When we arrived there were 4 seats available a the sushi bar so we took, and told the hostess to cancel our reservations. We were then asked to please leave the sushi bar as two seats were reserved. We discussed the 1st come 1st served and were told they were guests of the chef, and had chosen to have a drink first at the bar and now wanted to be seated at the sushi bar, where we were. We again discussed 1st come 1st served and I politely told him I felt this was wrong as if you choose to go to the bar first, you can's have seats held in a no reservation location. His reply was "I am the proprietor." They then seated us right next to the server lane, and our server offered us a free app courtesy of the "proprietor" which I declined. Then they seat a family with a crying infant next to us, proceed to screw up our drink order, then screwed up two of our salads. We, at that point, decided to leave before it got any worse. Terrible establishment, terrible service, terrible people. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! Too many good choices. Season 52 is right next door, which is where we went, and it was an incredible meal. Spent almost $200 with food, wine, tax, and tip. Glad we did not spend it at Roy's and we will NEVER return to any of their establishments!!
