Review content:
I called about a price quote for a catering service for a non-profit reception and to see if something might be possible. The salesrep had the nerve to tell me that I was unprofessional in calling so last minute and gave me a attitude. The whole point was to call and see if it was feasible. All he needed to say was no, we are all booked up and it is not feasible. There was no need to start telling me if I was professional and that's not how to do business. What salesrep tells someone that they are unprofessional when I'm just inquiring about a rate and date. I bet you if I came with a huge budget with at least 4-5 digits, they would NOT have treated me like that. As an account executive in the adveritsing industry, I deal with many sale reps and I don't know of ONE person that would hae responded this gentlemen did. I will NOT recommend this company soley based on how they treat their prospects or clientele. Sadly to say, i only inquired about a small event, any smart company would have realized if a small event goes well, there might be larger ones in the future.
