I was looking forward to enjoying great hip-hop in one of the many rooms in Mansion. When we went during December 2006 only one room was open. The ambience was nice and the place was packed with lots of different kinds of people. The DJ played a hodge podge of songs, which is fine, if that's what you're looking for. As much as I like "S*xy Back," there was no need to hear it twice in 2 hours - one time regular and once with a techno twist, especially considering that the song is over 3 months old. The newest hip-hop song I heard in 3 hours was a TI song from 2004. I would go just to say that you went there, but it really isn't the spot everyone makes it out to be. Pros: Real South Beach vibe Cons: Expensive drinks, below average DJs
