hey im a 19 year old female who just got in her first car accident..it was serious my boyfriend almost didnt make it and my car was no good anymore..my boyfriend and i were pulled out and rushed to RI hospital but anyways wen i got out i found out that my car was at ocean state towing....i went in and tried to get my plates he would not give them to me saying that i had this huge bill to pay first he was very rude and so was the bimbo at the desk ..the are very disorginized and rude.....my car was totaled and all i needed was the plates and they werent trien to here it.......that dump is filled with rude unprofessinal looserssss....
THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE ....HOPE THE PLACE CLOSES DOWN....DUMPPPP............................................................
