I recently placed a special order for a chair and was told by the salesperson that it would take 5-7 days to arrive. I phoned back a week later to check on the order only to be told that it would be another MONTH before it arrived. When I explained this is not what I was told the only response from them was 'you signed the paper saying no refunds'. Yes, I signed it after being misled and told it would only take one week to arrive. So...if you order something from this store in 'green' and it arrives in 'polka dot' you may be stuck with it because 'you signed the paper'. READ THE FINE PRINT and don't listen to the sales asscociates are my two pieces of advice when shopping at this store that obviously has a ways to go in etiquette department.
