After having an issue with this company, the owner, Mr. Joe Spagnuolo made it right with me in every way he could have made it right including three months service at no charge. If those that have a complaint would call him and let him know, I assure you he will make it right. He has a family to support and wants only to run a good clean company with good service and good rates. I would say that any small business owner has the right to know what's happening with their customers,, and he has convinced me that he will do the right thing.
