I was just reading some other reviews and HAD to put my two cents in. I have been seeing Anne Burke for years (the BEST I have ever dealt with in my life - stylist AND people skills) but Janet (I hope I have name right) - she is the one at the front desk in her 50's (or at least looks like it, with bleach blonde hair, a frown on her face at all times) - has got to be the RUDEST B*&*% I have ever ever dealt with on a professional level. If I didn't love Anne so much, I'd give that woman a piece of my mind. SHE needs a reality check! She is a manager at a salon - not a scholar or other type of professional - just because she is bitter about her lack of education and aging, doesn't mean she has to be such a (*&%!! See you next Tuesday!
Get a clue woman!
Pros: Anne Burke is the best ever!!
Cons: Janet (or whoever the "queen bee" behind the front desk is the RUDEST person ever!!
