We had a cabinet we couldn't lock as we had no key. New York Minute 24 Hour responded promptly to my inquiry email, I was offered options and costs were outlined, and they sorted out our problem so much quicker than I imagined. The guy was punctual, accommodating, friendly and we would not hesitate using their services if/when the circumstances arise.
