With absolute delight I pause in my busy week to write a letter in my attempt to applaud your company. In June 1999, my wife an I had Sierra replace all the windows and sliding doors in our home. I was so impressed with the quality of your product that just last month I selected your company to do my daughter's home. I will always recommend Sierra windows because of the quality of the product and the professional installation, but most importantly because of your top-notch employees. H ow rare it seems now days to rave about workers, but that is exactly what I'm doing. The same salesman we had in 1999 demonstrated the windows at our daughter's home to install her new windows- he was again very informative yet not in the least bit pushy. Then on a Friday in mid January, Mark and Ty came to my daughters home to install her new windows, and I remembered those two young men were with the larger crew that installed our windows two years earlier. On both occasions they were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. What joy! Just keep up the good work and I will continue to recommended you company to whomever will listen to a happy homeowner boast about an excellent product sold and installed by articulate, cheerful employees.
