Review content:
My experience started well, but it ended very poorly. I went in thinking I only wanted a pedicure. After a quick conversation with the nail technician, I decided to get a manicure also. The pedicure went well; I wouldn't say it is the best I have ever had, but good. The manicure was a different story. As much as it was an afterthought for me, I still expected it to be everything it could. Not so much. The nail technician flew through the entire process. The filing was rough at best; the hand massage was nothing more than I do for myself when I apply lotion. I thought "at least my nails will be painted." She applied one coat, in haste because the phone rang. The coat didn't even cover all of my nails. She left the table where we were seated and headed to the back. I waited for 10 minutes without her returning before asking another technician if she would be back to apply a second coat. In their language, the other technician called for her. She came back, acting surprised that I was still there. She then asked with a tone "You want second coat?" I replied yes. As quickly as the first coat was applied, the second was done. And she was gone again. To preserve what work had been done, I waited for my nails to dry. Now to top it all off, every bit of my polish is gone. It has been less than 6 hours. I will not go back to this salon, and I would recommend you looking for another option.
