I would give it zero stars if i could she took all of 15 minutes to wash chop and dry my hair. she didnt even bother fully combing it out instead she acted like there was something wrong with my and just started cutting. I cant believe i went to this salon, now all my beautiful long hair is gone and I can't fix it. Then after i was so upset i had to wait to drive home and they all stood in the windows stairing out at me for 45 mintues. how rude. my hair is ruined and I am leaving for Italy in one week.
