Review content:
the Macarthur center is the best shopping mall in the Tidewater area. It was built in the last 8 years and is home to some of the higher end places. The mall has a Cheesecake factory in it which sets its food court aside from others. The movie theater is also one of the best places to catch a movie. This mall will please you whether you are just trying to go out and browse, shop, or catch a movie. One downside is paying for parking at the garage, but if you watch a movie you can get your parking validated.
