Shoe Pavilion has a large, large selection of shoes, and they offer tremendous value for the price that you pay. They have all sorts of styles, and colors. Certain brands are more available then others, however that's also the case in other shoe retailers. They keep there stores fairly organized for having such a large number of items. Highly recommended place if you just need to get some cheap shoes, and get by during your work week. One of the more affordable shopping lo cals in San Francisco.
