My roommate turned his key a little too hard the first time he used it and broke it in half while it was inside my front door. I wasn't sure if I should try to replace the door knob myself or if it was even possible to get it out, so I called the guys at Bedford Deadbolts & Key. The technician came out quickly, working around my work schedule, and took care of the problem in no time. Any time I ever have a problem with any keys or locks again, I'll know to call Bedford Deadbolts & Key first!
