Sorry to say but I'm not happy about the end result. I had a AccuLift February 2011 on my jawline and neck and am very disappointed on the result of the neck portion. I do have "before" and "after" photos but it seems I can't upload them here - it would have been nice to let you judge for yourself. When the procedure was first done things looked great but within the first two weeks I noticed that the skin on my neck was "loosening." It's now May and I basically everything has drooped and my neck looks terrible! My emphasis was absolutely my neck when I went in for my consultation so I'm quite certain there was no mistake on my desired results. I'm not only disappointed but find it embarrassing because I've had several people who were aware that I'd had this procedure react quite negatively to it...almost in shock that this was actually how I looked after having this done - and they have wondered what it was that I paid for! Not the reaction I'd hoped for! I feel as though I've not only wasted my money but my time, as well.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful, including Dr. Wang. That's all very nice, but an expensive way to have people be nice to you! I've had several follow-up visits it's obvious that my neck looks bad and yet there's been no offer to make this right. The one suggestion I did have was to "have surgery in a few years...." etc. I'd hoped that Dr. Wang would have made an effort to correct this, but no.
This is not a crank rating - I don't want to create problems but I can't in all good conscience give a "wonderful" and/or "rave" review here! This is an honest, objective and fair assessment by an actual patient.
