Businiess name:  DEVACHAN HAIR SALON
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
I was looking forward to coming to this salon, thinking that I would finally find a hairdresser who would understand the needs of my curly, sometimes frizzy, thick, but fine hair. I met Maryann, who was very nice and patient. She did not listen to me, however, when I warned her that, if she cut too many layers into my hair, my hair would certainly triangle out and I would look like a clown. She continued to reassure my that this would not happen, and proceeded to cut several short layers above my ears. I walked into the salon with long hair well below my shoulders. Although I had asked her several times, she did not listen. This was 6mos ago. Unfortunately, I have had to wear most of my hair up or back, as I do look like a clown while my hair now forms a triangle. It will probably take another 6mos, a total of one year, before my hair grows to just below my chin line, where it should be for hair like mine. I wish this did not happen, but there is nothing I can do about it now. I just will never return and I hope that I find someone who listens next time. Also, cutting my hair while dry, really made it look fuzzy and it was uneven. Search around for a hairdresser who will listen to you, as you know your hair best.
