I think the reviews listed on here before mine are obviously one-sided. I think that the management here has done a good job of providing a welcoming place to come home to, considering the challenging neighborhood. Usually, if you are nice to people, they will be nice right back. Whenever I have a request or a concern that needs to be addressed, it is taken care of almost immediately. Why? I sincerely think that it's because I'm NICE. I treat people with respect and get respect in return. Bad reviewers on here seem to be bitchily demanding good service. I deal with customers on a daily basis and to tell you the God-honest truth, if people are rude to me, you bet they're not getting good customer service from me. I think the new and old staff here are equally great. I was one of the first people to move in and I gladly just renewed my lease because of the great level of customer service I receive. I only rate this four stars instead of five because of irresponsible dog owners who don't pick up ... other than that, no complaints.
