I live in South Philadelphia. The sewer drain was clogged and backing up into my basement and created a foul odor thru the house. i called Roto Rooter and the customer service person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding to my problem. She placed a service call and the tech was at my house within an hour. The Service techs who came were very nice and worked very hard unclogging my drain. I have a 1 year old grandson living with me and God forbid if something would happen to him. I thank Roto Rooter and their customer service rep and service techs for their quick response and hard work. I recommend them highly to anyone in need of plumbing service. I give them 5 STARS.
