Businiess name:  Kathy's Garden Treasures Flower & Gift Shop
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
Terrible flower shop, with a rude, condescending owner. I ordered flowers from Kathy's Garden Treasure's website for mothers day. The arrangement was called "Always a Lady" and the website (same as teleflora) describes it as the following: " One dozen white roses are mixed with pink asiatic lilies and variegated pittosporum in a classic clear glass rose vase." I also did a "one-up" upgrade to the deluxe version which is supposed to include more blooms for a larger, fuller arrangement. The cost was $82, but what I got was a pathetic arrangement of 6 roses 3 lilies, and two unopened lily buds; basically half of what the standard arrangement was advertised as. When my mom did get the flowers (a day later than what I had specified) they were nothing like what Kathy was advertising on her website. When I called to ask her to fix the arrangement, she claimed that “I didn’t know how florists worked”. When I explained to her that she advertised a dozen roses but only included 6 in the arrangement, she told me the website was misleading. I told her that I had a reasonable expectation to believe that the flowers I ordered would be as described on her site. Instead of working with me, she told me never to order again as she hung up the phone. Kathy’s Garden Treasures sure has a lot to learn about customer service and shows and unbelievable lack of professionalism.
