Review content:
Thank you, Progressive Martial Arts for teaching my son to be strong and proud of himself. He has always been the smallest one in his class, so that means that occasionally he is picked on. He took a class at another gym but there was nothing but some halfhearted punches and kicks with no real instruction or guidance. The kids there were horrible and picked on him once again. He did agree to come to classes here and even after that very first one, he was ready to come back. He has learned how to defend himself but how to carry himself so that he no longer needed to.
