Good: I dealt with numerous agents that would all show me apartments outside of where I wanted to be which was in Back Bay. I finally walked into the Jacob Realty office after a disappointing showing. . Not only did I get to see several apartments the next morning but I was guided through the paperwork process minus the shadiness I've encountered before. Great overall experience.. Bad: They were located in a big 2nd floor office on the upper level of Newbury St and I wouldn't have noticed them if I didn't see their big decal in the windows. Something told me to go up and just see if they had what I was looking for and the consultation was promising.. Other: Thank you to the Jacob accountant! I was told guided on the easiest way to get the deposits in since my move date was in the following 2 weeks!.
