I recently bought a Saeco Aroma and Baratzza grinder from your website and I just wanted to compliment you on the excellent service. I really found the Youtube videos instructive as a first time buyer. It was refreshing to hear honest pros and cons of all kinds of machines and grinders from Gail and helped me make my choice. I very much preferred it over the total boosterism of other sites. Thanks again, and I'll certainly be recommending the website to friends and family.
