My main point for writing is to compliment not only the dealership but in particular Rita Barkstrom. She helped me find the Lexus of my dreams and made this car buying process everything great. She answered all my questions and then some, she followed up on any issues of concern to me and truly made me feel like she cared about me in this process, gave the "personal touch" if you will. I am a person who places value on people I trust. Rita is the only person I wish to handle any future purchases, hands down! She is the best.
