This is my one and only child to go through the orthodontics experience. not only did he need braces, but a Herst and expander...quite an adjustment for a teen! The office staff are awesome and both Dr Cassinelli and Dr. Shanker always go out of thier way to make sure he is comfortable! noah even had his Herst break on a weekend and Dr. Shanker met us out at the office in 30 minutes wit a smile on his face. So glad we chose West Chester Orthodontics!!!!! Would recommend to anyone (child or adult) needing care!
