Dr. Cassinelli's care for my sons' dental needs as well as my own is outstanding and is unmatched in the city.He is truly the best of the best. Our family could not be more pleased with the results as well as the process. Dr. Cassinelli has a very calming way of making dental work a pleasant experience. He listens intently to the patient's concerns and then spends as much time as you need explaining the proper treatment. His staff is wonderful and very patient-oriented and our family especially loves Cheryl, the receptionist. This is an important job as Cheryl is your first impression of the office and always does everything she can to accomodate your needs. And we love the new office in West Chester..everything is up to date and state of the art. Bravo to everyone at Dr. Cassinelli's office...you all are great and the consummate professionals. Thank you!
