Good: The food is good at a reasonable price, but the staff is not customer friendly.. Bad: You can wait long periods in line before being served. If you call an order in you can wait a long time before someoe asks if there are any call-in orders. You can wait a long time alone at the counter, being totally ignored. If you finally complain about not being served, you can be thrown out by the surley owner. Not a customer friendly way to run a business.. Improvements: Someone in charge of taking orders and serving customers.. Other: Parking is dangerous, particularly during peak periods. You must back out directly into speeding traffic along Rte 273, your vision obscured by other parked cars and a bend in the road. All things considered, the view may not be worth the climb..
