Businiess name:  Rip Van Winkle Realty
Review by:  Chris U.
Review content:
Rip Van Winkle Realty is aptly named, considering Rip himself slept though most of his life. When we contracted this Real Estate Company to sell our home, we were told that they were the best in the area. After the contract was signed, there was no action from the realtor unless they were asking us to reduce the price of the house again and again, even though the other homes in our area were $100,000 more! When we offered them suggestions on the listing details, they fell on deaf ears. We even had to fight for an open house. Needless to say, we no longer are listed with them and we are still in the house because they couldn’t sell it!
