My wife and I hired Ted Klinger from Creative Design Builders to design and build a new house for us in 2009. From design to completion, Ted's skill and professionalism showed both in the quality construction techniques building the house, and in his people skills in communicating with us at each step in the design and construction process. Whenever minor design changes needed to be implemented, he thoroughly explained our options while educating us on WHY certain things needed to be done. 18 months after moving in to the new house, we are both very pleased with the quality construction and the comfort of the house. I would recommend (and have recommended) Creative Design Builders to anyone interested in having a new house built.
