Especially, I wanted to thank Mr. Luis Pacheco for an outstanding job he has done. During the time my car was in your bodyshop, he informed me regularly providing with detail status and timeframe, as well as answered all of my questions. In addition, when he found out that my car’s battery was dead, he took immediate action helping fixed it with a great attitude. He once again demonstrated his dedication to the company and also proved that your company is always being responsible for your customers making sure that the best quality service is provided.
