Review content:
This is my first 5 star rating review and let me tell you, this place deserves it. My husband bought me here as a surprise and after waiting in the rain for a 1/2 hour to get in, I kept thinking -it better be worth it. The place is as small as a restaurant can get. What they lack in size, they make up for in excellent service and darn good dessert. This dessert bar has a prix fix $12 menu ($19 if dessert is paired with the suggested dessert wine) and every dish is a mouth watering delight. You'll want to try all the "dishes" and at such a marginal price, you can. But don't try to make reservations, because you can't. It's first come first serve. And if you come after 8pm, prepare to wait outside for quite a bit. It's not a velvet rope thing. There is simply no room. But I promise you it's worth the wait. You'll realize how good it is, when your standing outside glaring at the slow poke eaters completely oblivious to your hatred as they slowly devour their pink peppercorn sorbet and sip on Moscati without a care in the world. Don't fret, in about 20 minutes, that will be you.
