My home warranty company referred me to this company after my basement flooded. The plumber came out and snaked the lines and removed a lot of roots, I live in Royal Oak where it is common to have roots and need to be snaked every year. Two days later when we took the carpet off the basement floor we noticed a lot of water in the drain in the floor, almost about to flood again. I called the plumbing company back and they refused to come back out saying that it was normal to have water that high in the pipes. Now I have to pay a different plumber to figure out what issues I have that they refused to correct.
