Stopped by to look at a new extend cab truck, found a truck I liked, looked at it an asked the seller 3-4 times what the price would be at different times during our conversation. At the end he went to the truck, knocked $1000 of the MSRP and refused to give me a real price (usually the street price is 3000-5000 below MSRP, maybe more...). At the end I just got fuming mad and left the place and will not go back there. I felt I was not taken seriously. I am in my mid forties, are dressed nicely, drive a much nicer vehicle than they sell at the Ford place, and the lack of service is the worst I have seen at any dealership at any time in my life. After checking specs on the Ford truck later that night I see that the salesman had absolutely ZERO knowledge of the product he sold and lied about horsepower, engine etc. ROBINSON BROTHER IS NOT A RECOMMENDED DEALERSHIP!!!
