I have been to countless dealerships and can't believe it has taken me this long to find this place. My last dealer Lithia Ford of Fresno ignored my phone calls and made me wait hours for an oil change. Thanks to my son who did internet research he was able to find the Taurus my wife has been wanting. He made me an appointment and I went over there to check it out. I was greeted by and waited a few minutes for the internet manager, after he came in and showed me the vehicle I had inquired about. It was clean and parked out of the way so I could get inside and look at it. I appreciate the time he took and the low pressure environment. We ended up purchasing that vehicle a few days later
