Review content:
Be careful - although they completed the work they were contracted to do, make sure everything is complete to your satisfaction BEFORE allowing them to leave your property with payment in full. They do NOT return!!
After I paid Jack (the owner) and he left, I noticed that the 2x4 forms were still in the ground around my hot tub pad, I called Jack and he told me he would be back the next morning BEFORE the hot tub was installed to get them out. He never showed. I called him again in the morning on his cell phone, no response and I had to remove these forms myself.
They also destroyed a drain line, and had I not caught it they would have covered it up and kept going.
I had 2 irrigation lines destroyed, and rather then bring it to my attention so we could have fixed it right then, they decided to just cram the lines into the ground so I wouldn't notice them until I turned on my irrigation system in the spring. I sent Jack a message about the unprofessional way he left my system and asked what he was going to do to repair the damage. Needless to say I have never heard back from him - but he sure did cash my check in a hurry!!
I am now in need of some more concrete work at two of my rental properties - PWS will not see another dime of my money!
