I bought an outdoor patio set from Wilsons about 2 years ago and spent over $1900 for the entire set. It is a beautiful set but when I went back to the store to buy a bottle of cleaner for the furniture, I couldn't believe the coldness and indifference of the sales staff! Yes, I was only buying a $15 bottle of cleaner but the salesperson couldn't be bothered and gave a huge sigh when I asked him if he could tell me where in the store the cleaner was located. Then, it was another sigh as he had to ring it up! I won't go there again to buy another $15 bottle of cleaner and more importantly, won't go there again to buy another $1900 outdoor set when the need arises! These people are some of the most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with....and this in a very small community!
