They will rip you off it looks like from all these bad ratings... Oh wait, they did rip me off. Took my jeep in 3 TIMES to have the power steering fixed and they blamed the problem on my power tuner. They kept my 1100 dollars though. Jerks. Nothing but lip service and lies from these idiot monkeys. My new mechanic laughed at Pinnacle's excuse and identified their failure to flush the metal shavings from a bad gear box which was getting pumped right back into the replacement rack. Now I have to look into small claims court as an option. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED. Unbelievable. Watch your back. I genuinely hope those people go out of business and they all suffer a tremendous financial burden as a result. Pinnacle deserves nothing less.
