My son bought a nice used car, and I took it in for an INTERIOR ONLY detail. I was told it would cost $65 and would take most of the day, but I had heard good things about them, so I drove 15 miles and paid extra so they could do it right. I was mainly concerned with the stains on the seats, which did look about 50% better when they called me 3 hours after I dropped it off, (what happened to most of the day?), but when I got it home and into better light, I realized that there was still crud in the cupholders, caked dirt throughout the console, and there was candy, yes candy, still stuck to the carpet in the hatchback. They hadn't even opened the hatch. There was still just as much dust and dirt on the carpet and panels back there as there was when I left it. there was standing water in the door handles. He didn't even give it a good once-over. If this had been a $20 job, I wouldn't complain, but this was $65. I expect the WHOLE INTERIOR to be immaculate for that kind of money. I sent my son back up there the next business day so they could finish the job, but they wouldn't touch it without approval from the manager who was home with a stomach ache. I have yet to get him on the phone. I'm not sure he exists. Email imafixinto@aol.com for pictures.
