I needed a new chain on my sv650. Called them up at 9am and confirmed they had the chain in stock. Spoke to their service department and they said I could bring the bike in and they'd install the new chain same day.
I dropped off the bike at 9:30am and walked a mile to where I work. They called 3 hours later saying the work was done and so I walked back and picked my bike up.
Overall it was very quick and smooth and everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. I needed the chain and it was really convenient being so close to my work so I decided to take a chance and was pleasantly surprised.
