BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WRITTEN RETURN POLICIES ON THEIR WEB SITE. Their are many other suppliers that will treat you much better. seattle coffee gear will rip you off and leave you hanning all to make a buck.
Normally I would not take the time to register with sites just to do reviews however I go so bothered by the way this place treated me as a paying customer I wanted to warn the public. I couldn't imagine buying an espresso machine for thousands to get no help if it had issues after I got it home.
It will all seem good on the surface but if you end up having an issue with your purchase then good luck getting any return or exchange from these guys. you will be SOL!
I purchased a porta filter from this company over the internet. The product was cheap construction and sold on their site as an upgrade to my barista machine. The product did not work for me. It pulled terrible shots. Worse than the one I had already. I made contact to return the item and they started asking me about my grinder? I told them My grinder is fine for espresso fine grind and I asked for my RMA # so i could return it. They never answered the 10 emails i sent and completely blew me off.
THIS STORE IS A SCAM! THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU! THEY DO NOT DO HONEST BUSINESS! DO NOT BUY FROM SEATTLE COFFEE GEAR! PERIOD!
