Good: The customer service they provided was unparalleled in all my experience with any service company - of any type. The Project Manager always replies to my emails with an hour - even a year after the Project has been completed. Their commitment to a satisfied customer is not just lip service - it is REAL!. Bad: Nothing - and I know that sounds hard to believe but this gut kitchen renovation went so smoothly without a single point of contention.. Other: I would STRONGLY URGE you to meet with MyHome and query the competition and their references about how responsive the contractor is after they job is done and they have been paid. I have had 3 - 4 issues in the year and a half since the kitchen was completed and each and every concern was quickly resolved without any hassles whatsoever. Some of the issues were admittedly not the contractor's issue to resolve - but they stepped up and offered to help - at not cost to me. Amazing Service!.
