My wife and I recently purchased an ML 350 4Matic from MB of Laguna Niguel. We have looked at other dealerships but they didn't have the trim and options we wanted. Neither did MB of Laguna Niguel (although they have a huge lot and they are one of the largest in the country) but Paul Brown, their internet manager, took the extra mile and looked at other dealerships' inventories until we found exactly what we wanted-- a metallic iridium silver with black interior and package 2 option. The process was smooth all the way to the financing department. The next day, Paul personally delivered the vehicle to our place in the Inland Empire. We had a very positive experience at MB of Laguna Niguel. Walking into that dealership dispelled our fears about horror stories of how some customers are treated at upscale dealerships. If you are planning to buy, you should defintely visit MB of Laguna Niguel and look for Paul Brown for professional customer care.
