Review content:
On the plus side, they're cheap. On the other side, they're insulting, sexist, and outright rude. The receptionist treated my wife like she was a moron. "Does your husband know how to administer this medicine?" As if she couldn't handle it herself. I had called ahead for pricing of meds and was told they had what I needed. The receptionist said, "I TOLD YOU WE DIDN'T CARRY THAT!!!" Which is, of course, not true. I only called one office, and it was them. My first visit there, they argued about what breed my dogs are. I told them they're purebred and registered, so whether they've never heard of the breed or not, that's what they are. I was told I was robbed, that whoever sold me the dogs lied about their breed. They also told me they were considerably older than what they were. Again, they were simply not familiar with my exotic breed, but I don't think I should have to argue with "professionals" about such things. One of my dogs had some medical issues and was prescribed meds. After three weeks of treatment, she didn't improve much. We went to a different vet down the road. Turns out, Buffalo Veterinary Clinic didn't give us the medication to TREAT the main issue she had. They gave us what she needed, and she was better in about 10 days. My poor dog suffered because this guy just didn't know his stuff. Spend the extra money, and go to a real vet just south off 65.
