I have had great experiences with Chain Reaction. I bought my latest bike there and I was pleasantly surprised with how knowledeable the salespeople were. They were able to fit me with a bike that fit my needs as far as my height and the kind of terrain I'd be riding on. The bike was expensive, but a quality bike that I plan on keeping and riding for a very long time. Because of their expertise, I recommend them highly.
